What information do you need for a proposal?
Share the event type, location, date, expected duration and outline programme. Let us know whether you need photography, film or both, and how the results will be used.
Can photography and film be planned together?
Yes. We discuss the required results and assess how photography and film can work within the specific event schedule. The agreed scope is recorded in the proposal.
How are important subjects taken into account?
A shared shot list records key people, programme items and communication priorities. The schedule and access arrangements help us plan those priorities on site.
When will the photographs and film be delivered?
Timing and formats are agreed according to the production scope. Immediate or same-day delivery is not assumed.
Document the event. Involve your guests.
Event coverage records what happens; a photo activation becomes part of the programme. Bullet Time, Buzzershoot or live printing can be considered alongside coverage, with their own agreed scope and organisation.
