Space for photography, film and content – with existing studio equipment, coffee and drinks. For workshops and corporate events, we agree the appropriate use together.
Studio bookings are made through the existing portal on fotografdresden.de.

Space to prepare and produce
The studio offers approximately 390 m² of total floor area, including corridors and storage. There are four large shooting areas, complemented by a lounge, bar, reception area, make-up area and office. Different walls and furnished sets provide varied backdrops and uses.
The largest shooting area is approximately 100 m². In this room, the ceiling height under the sloping roof ranges from roughly 2 to 4 m. A different room has a ceiling height of over 5 m, almost 6 m.
The room combination and specific equipment availability are confirmed for each booking.

Existing equipmentThe existing equipment includes a range of backgrounds and backdrop rolls, Hensel flash equipment, continuous lighting equipment, light modifiers and stands. A daylight studio and a fully blackout-capable studio offer different options for your lighting setup. Let us know your planned setup so we can ensure the spaces and equipment available are a good fit before you book.

Frequently asked questions
What does the two-hour minimum booking cost?
Two hours of studio rental cost EUR 80 net. Together with the one-off studio cleaning charge of EUR 50 net, the total is EUR 130 net, plus statutory VAT.
Does the rental rate include all equipment?
It includes use of the existing equipment agreed for your booking, not automatic availability of every item. Coffee and drinks are included in studio rental.
Can I use the entire studio?
The room combination and equipment scope are agreed for each booking. The total floor area does not automatically include exclusive use of every room.
How do I enquire about a date?
Describe the intended use, date and duration. An enquiry lets us check the space and conditions; it is not a confirmed booking.
What are you planning in the studio?
For a production, you can use the existing studio booking portal directly. For a corporate event or particular requirements, describe your plans in the form.
